Ryan on Outsourcing

Ryan Carson has a good post on outsourcing in the context of DropSend and Amigo. I like his metrics on when to know you are in trouble. His Russian approach is interesting but as he points out, you have to know someone who knows the local scene to do it comfortably.
I’ll update our progress here with outsourcing with part three in our series (part 1, part 2) when I get back from FoWA. Blogging this week will either be very light or non-stop depending on the quality of the chat at the conference!

Hey Conor, I enjoyed our discussions at FoWA, thanks for all the good reviews and for pointed out this post (£750 for a full time developer for 1 month, I can’t believe it!!) - btw I checked on my Bloglog and I can confirm they were live before Nov 06 (it was actually back in August that I signed up!!)
