A piece of advice I will share though is do not rush into implementing your business model. Open up your beta process and Get as many users as possible and let them knock it around. That way you'll get some great testing done fast and you might even find that the model you were planning on using isn't the right one (or a better option emerges). I don't think you should be afraid to be open. Just keep in mind that your service won't suit all so you have to treat the feedback carefully.
