[...] LouderVoice, Conor O’Neill’s new venture sneaked out under the covers in the last few days. Definitely in the “one to watch” category. I remember Brian Caulfield muttering to me after BarcampIreland about how Conor’s proposition was “very interesting”, Praise indeed! [...]

Thanks for that. It's along the lines I've been thinking alright. Tough skin in place, I've already have several new arseholes ripped for me in the past few months by the dubious.

I'm not 100% on what the best approach is for your offering (cause I don't know anything about it). A piece of advice I will share though is do not rush into implementing your business model. Open up your beta process and Get as many users as possible and let them knock it around. That way you'll get some great testing done fast and you might even find that the model you were planning on using isn't the right one (or a better option emerges).

I don't think you should be afraid to be open. Just keep in mind that your service won't suit all so you have to treat the feedback carefully.

A tough skin is also required if you are to see your vision become a reality.

At long last!!! Great to finally get a peek Conor... now I'm more curious than ever. Sounds like a way of promoting and searching microformatted blog content like reviews and calendars, etc.
