Unsure about the APIs but RSS feeds are supported by default if I recall.

Cool. So you could build adapters for several heterogeneous stock control and Point of Sale apps. Those adapters would generate structured RSS content and then you would have a Documentum RSS subscriber application which takes that data, mashes it up with a mapping app and provides a "live" view of item sales? Very very nice.

Excellent, I should have realised that having worked with the workflow product for a few months.

All done using open APIs and RSS/ATOM?
